(Par: 4) A classic
short par 4 that can be reached if you hit a perfect shot. "Heaven's
Door" can be very tough and has a lot of trouble lurking for the
unwary golfer. This hole is almost dead straight but the lateral
water hazard on the right side runs the total length and forces most
golfers to favor the left side of the fairway but that side is protected
by two strategically placed bunkers and some trees, all of which
come in to play if the drive is pulled just a little off line. Be
careful on the approach shot because there is a water hazard just
behind the green which is not evident from the fairway. Balls landing
on the upper side of the green are extremely fast going back down
the slope and the green undulates both right and left because of
a high ridge located in the middle.
