1st Hole - "Josephine"

(Par: 4) Hole named after owner. Accuracy is the most important factor on this opening hole. "Josephine" is a straight-away hole bordered on the left by out of bounds and on the right by a string of trees. A good drive will leave a short to mid iron second shot into a slightly undulating green that runs away from the player. When the flag is up front, the approach shot must be played short and allowed to bounce on to the green.
